The Exness Partner Loyalty Program

We have created a special program to reward our loyal partners for their valued contribution to Exness’ success over the years.

How it works

The way it works is simple: the more trading volume your clients achieve, the better the prize you, as our partner, receives. The prizes are amazing, too.

How to sign up

All partners are welcome to participate. All you have to do is to:

Become a partner or sign in to your Partner’s Personal Area
Refer clients to boost your trading volume
Visit your Partner’s Personal Area to check how close you are to receiving your next prize
Claim your prize when you reach your targets

How to claim your prize

We send out prizes to eligible partners at the beginning of each month.

There are 3 prerequisites you as a partner need to meet to claim your prize:

Your clients’ lifetime trading volume reached the target
The number of active clients you had over the last 90 days met the requirements
Your clients’ cumulative trading volume for the last 12 months is equal to or higher than the required percentage of lifetime trading volume

Here’s an example of how it works (for explanatory purposes only; refer to this page for the actual requirements and prizes):

To be eligible to receive this prize:

Your clients’ lifetime trading volume should hit 1.5 billion USD. We count the trading volume of all the clients you’ve signed up since the day you became our partner
You should have had at least 10 active clients in the last 90 days. By “active” we mean “trading”. Let’s say it’s December now. We will check if you had at least 10 active clients between September and November
20% of your clients’ lifetime trading volume must have been achieved in the past 12 months. This means that your clients’ trading volume should be 300 million USD or more to unlock the prize

Terms and Conditions

Nymstar Limited, registered in Seychelles and operating under Exness brand and trademarks (hereinafter referred to as “Exness” or “the Company”) offers a Partner Loyalty Program (the “Program”) which is a loyalty program offered by the Company to the Partners (hereinafter “Partner(s)” or “You”).
Please read these Terms and Conditions and ensure you understand prize qualification requirements and prize issue terms.
By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the current Terms and Conditions as well as the Client Agreement, Partnership Agreement, the General Business Terms, and any other legal documents which are available on our website at exness.com.
In order to receive a prize, the Partner should satisfy 3 prize qualification requirements:
- Partner’s clients’ lifetime trading volume should reach the target (trading volume is calculated for each client signed up by the Partner since Partner’s registration date).

- Partner’s number of active clients over the last 90 days should meet the requirements (to be considered as “active” Partners client should have had at least one trading operation during the period of the past 90 days).

- Partner’s clients’ cumulative trading volume for the last 12 months should be equal to or higher than the required percentage of lifetime trading volume.
Partner should refer to the Personal Area on exnessaffiliates.com to check exact qualification criteria for each prize.
Exness reserves the right to disqualify a Partner from the Loyalty Program under the following circumstances:
- If the Partner violates any laws and/or applicable regulations and/or the current Terms and Conditions.

- If the Partner acts in bad faith and/or abusively and/or fraudulently and/or in a manner that is not in line with the terms of the Partnership Agreement between the Partner and Exness.

- If there is reasonable suspicion that the trading volume corresponding to a Partner is derived by error and/or fraud and/or any doubtful operations.
Partner Loyalty Program prizes will be processed at the beginning of every calendar month. Eligible Partners who satisfied all qualification requirements to receive a specific prize will be contacted by Exness through the specific contact methods that the Partner communicated to Exness for the operation of the account with Exness.
Upon contact Partner will be asked to select the prize (if more than one prize option is available). Details about how to claim the prize and information regarding the delivery of the prize will be provided directly to the eligible Partner.
In the event that the Partner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a period of 28 days, the prize will be cancelled.
By accepting a prize, the Partner automatically provides his express consent and grants permission to Exness to use the Partner’s photo image, name, contact details and details of the prize for Exness marketing objectives. Refusal of the Partner to participate in any marketing/promotional videos, photo shoots and/or any other promotional activities arranged by Exness may result in cancellation of the prize and the Partner in such a case is obliged to return the prize to Exness.
Partner Loyalty Program prizes will vary depending on the Partners country of residence. Where the specific prize is not available, Partner will be offered an alternative prize of the same value.

If the Partner already achieved multiple prize targets upon the start of the Program, he will only be eligible for the prize of the last (highest) level achieved.
If the Partner achieved all prize targets and received the top prize, he will continue his participation in the Program with $200,000 Cash awarded as a prize for each additional $500 bln of trading volume.
Where the cash alternative is available and the Partner opts to receive it instead of the prize, such cash alternative will be transferred to the Partner’s trading account.
Should the prize issued to the Partner be of less value than the maximum prize value listed above, the difference will not be paid additionally.
All local taxes and delivery costs will form a part of the overall prize budget and, as such, the full (total) prize price should be within the maximum prize value listed above.
All electronic products will be delivered in the original packaging via a courier service company to the nominated mailing address submitted by the Partner. The Partner agrees to comply with and be bound by all terms and conditions which the delivery of such prize may be subject to.
As per the applicable General Bonus Terms and Conditions, Trading Bonus will be credited to the account of the Partner’s choice. Trading Bonus is non-withdrawable. Any profits made from using the Trading Bonus can be withdrawn.
Cash prizes and cash alternative prizes will be credited to the account of the Partner’s choice as long as it is registered in the Partner’s Personal Area. Cash prizes and cash alternatives can be withdrawn at any time using any of the locally available withdrawal methods.
The dates and exact itinerary for all travel prizes will be discussed directly with the eligible Partner. Travel prizes should be used within 12 months after being awarded to the eligible Partner.
Exness reserves the right to, at any time and without notice, substitute any prize with another prize of similar value and/or specification as determined by Exness. Prizes are given out on an “as it is” basis, are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for anything else. All warranties and representations in relation to the prizes are expressly excluded to the extent not prohibited by law.
Exness and its associates and/or employees and/or affiliates take no responsibility for any product defects, damage, theft, delays or loss in transit, once the prize has been paid for by Exness.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Exness (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way from the participation in the Program, including, but not limited to, where arising from the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Exness’ control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Exness) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Exness; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by the Partner; or (f) use of a prize including attendance at events included as part of the prize.
The Exness Partner Loyalty Program is set to run indefinitely. Exness reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion to terminate the Partner Loyalty Program. Should this happen, Exness will notify Partners in writing 5 working days in advance.
These Terms and Conditions are written in English and any other language translation is provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English text and its translation in any other language, the English text shall prevail.
